Part of what makes blogging fun and rewarding for me is getting feedback from you. I hope that every post has something that engages you by telling you something you didn't know or asking a question that you have an answer to. So far, most of our posts have had to do specifically with home building, buying, and selling, but the sales process isn't the only aspect of real estate that’s important.

There are many factors that go into the decision to sell or buy a home, whether you are relocating to the Piedmont Triad or moving within your hometown of Greensboro, High Point, or Summerfield. Here are just a few:
