Blogging about Real Estate Trends and other Topics
Part of what makes blogging fun and rewarding for me is getting feedback from you. I hope that every post has something that engages you by telling you something you didn't know or asking a question that you have an answer to. So far, most of our posts have had to do specifically with home building, buying, and selling, but the sales process isn't the only aspect of real estate that’s important.

Real Estate Sales: The Dollars Aren't Everything
There are many factors that go into the decision to sell or buy a home, whether you are relocating to the Piedmont Triad or moving within your hometown of Greensboro, High Point, or Summerfield. Here are just a few:
• Why does a family choose one neighborhood over another?
• How do you find resources you need when you’re new in a city?
• What factors make a home more “sellable”?
• What are the major employers in a city or town?
• Are the schools good in the neighborhood?

Something New in Piedmont Triad Real Estate
We're going to keep posting useful information about real estate trends in the Triad and nationwide, as well as ideas about marketing homes and details about how we do business here at The Vincent Group at GreatNest. But here’s something new: Beginning next week, we're going to start including posts that address questions like the ones above.

We'll compare communities and schools, suggest local cultural events, comment on new restaurant hot spots, and share resources that will help you make your home in the Piedmont Triad…whether you are new to the area or a long-time resident.

You Can Help Us
Here’s the important part: We need YOU to get involved. Comment on our posts. Suggest topics you'd like us to explore. Tell us where we've gotten it right and where we've missed something. I want to know what you think, and I want to hear what topics are important to you.

Tell us what you know!
