2014 was a banner year for The Vincent Group and GreatNest! By year's end, our team had completed 123 closed transaction sides. That was good enough to rank us #3 out of all GreatNest offices nationwide.
Of course, we are very proud of our accomplishments, but truth is: we owe it all to you, the buyers and sellers it has been our privilege to serve. Clearly, Triad homeowners and home buyers have embraced not only the GreatNest brand as a superior way to buy and sell, but also, us, The Vincent Group. We've worked very hard to provide the very best consumer-focused service at the most reasonable price, and you have rewarded us with your transactions and your referrals. Thank you!
Of course, there are probably other, larger companies in the local market who have out-produced us; but that's ok. One of the things that makes me most proud is our level of production. You see, instead of 50 or 100 agents, we've done our production with 4 or 5. The average licensee with GreatNest and The Vincent Group produced more than 26 closed transaction sides last year. Compare that with the industry average - which is below 8 - and you can understand why we are so proud of our team.
That outstanding per-person production means something very special to you, the Triad area buyer and seller, too. It means when you work with GreatNest, you're dealing with people who know the local market intimately, who do a sufficient volume of business on an ongoing basis to be thoroughly versed in current trends and issues in real estate. In today's business the shear number of things that can go wrong, from problems with the appraisal or inspections to issues with mortgage financing can be overwhelming. Clearly, an agent doing 26+ transactions a year is better equipped to solve those problems than one doing, say, 8.
We've set our sights even higher for 2015. We're looking for a 25% increase in business and we will achieve it by continuing to do an outstanding job for our clients.
