Is There Any Small Print?
Looking for the small print? Well, in our case, there’s no small print, just a few qualifications:
- Depending on how the house sells, you may need to pay up to 3% of the selling price to the buyer’s agent. If you haven’t listed with us before, ask your agent how we may be able to avoid this cost, too.
- You will still be responsible for the customary selling fees (attorney, revenue stamps, etc.), but our commission will be completely waived.
- This awesome guarantee is good for 180 days from the date of closing on your home.
- You’ll need to work with us to purchase your next home.
